Meet Hallie

I'm a Santa Cruz native who raised my family here, so I know this community inside and out. My passion for real estate started when I built my first home at 26, and today I own and manage my own investment properties. This first-hand experience gives me a practical perspective when helping clients evaluate a home's true value.

Before real estate, I spent years managing the business side of healthcare, where I learned how to navigate complex projects, negotiate effectively, and keep people informed and supported throughout the process.

Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest milestones in life, and my goal is to make the process feel less overwhelming and a lot more exciting. I'm here to be your local resource, your advocate, and the person who handles all the details so you can enjoy the journey.
